Passionate Playback: Week 8
Hello again my fine mates! As you are well aware this past week was a long one indeed outside the world of Fantasy. With the election dropping last Tuesday, I decided to give the staff the day off to celebrate the much anticipated victory for our preferred presidential candidate, Jo Jorgenson. Just as we were readying the balloons and topping off our glasses with champagne, overwhelming evidence came to light that the corrupt political machine running our country pulled off one of the most complex election interference schemes in modern history and stole the election from the real winner and rightful 46th president of the United States. The collective disgust and contempt we felt for the political elites ruining our country's democracy and robbing us of having the first female POTUS, Mama JoJo, who would undoubtedly lead this great nation to heights we had never seen before, left us utterly unable to work. Thus, I made the unprecedented decision to suspend all operations on the Passionate Playback for the second time this season. We definitely didn't just get lazy and forget to do the write up this week... Anyway, we apologize for the inconvenience and will return for our normally scheduled recap next week .
